My Blackberry is requesting that the account be revalidated - what should I do?

Blackberry Bold 9790 (Small)If your Blackberry is unable to receive 15 New Bridge Street E-mail and is requesting that the account be revalidated you can quickly resolve this by following these instructions:!!!

  1. Make sure your Blackberry has network coverage.
  2. Press the Blackberry Menu button to show the Application icons.
  3. Scroll down, select and click the Setup icon.
  4. Select and click the E-mail Settings icon.
  5. After a few moments the list of E-mail accounts will be shown.
  6. Accounts to be revalidated will be shown bold red text.
  7. Select the account and click.
  8. Select Validate from the menu that appears.
  9. Type your 15NBS password and press Done.

After a few moments the Blackberry should report that your E-mail has been revalidated and within a few minutes your E-mail should begin to update.
