If your Blackberry is unable to receive 15 New Bridge Street E-mail and is requesting that the account be revalidated you can quickly resolve this by following these instructions:!!!
- Make sure your Blackberry has network coverage.
- Press the Blackberry Menu button to show the Application icons.
- Scroll down, select and click the Setup icon.
- Select and click the E-mail Settings icon.
- After a few moments the list of E-mail accounts will be shown.
- Accounts to be revalidated will be shown bold red text.
- Select the account and click.
- Select Validate from the menu that appears.
- Type your 15NBS password and press Done.
After a few moments the Blackberry should report that your E-mail has been revalidated and within a few minutes your E-mail should begin to update.
